What happens if I don't spray early?
Choosing to skip an early treatment will lead to the natural regeneration of the plant community in any given disturbed area. Once vegetation grows to a point of noticeably needing to be controlled, then there is a aesthetic problem or concern with removing desiccated plants that will be present for a period of time after the application. In essence, allowing vegetation to become established simply creates more work for the grounds manager to keep the facility in the highest level of safety and aesthetic appeal.
